The Helinar are the bastardisation of Elénaril ancestry and New-Elven race in the material plane. Often not accepted to study by the Círdan Leadership, The Helinar are often born as Dilettantes, drawn away from the Practitioner circles by their fierce alienation. First moulded and infused approximately 13,000 years ago.
Although being regarded as aristocracy by their close relatives of Elves, The Helinar are mostly outcasts from the inner circles and machinations of the Faelar. Being mostly exiled from birth, most Helinar are well travelled, and have a greater knowledge of nature and the material world than most.
Working closely with Elénaril, bound as Dilettantes, the Helinar dot the vast landscapes of the material planes, often forming nomadic tribes with other members, moving around the landscapes - rarely returning to the southern areas. Their lack of a unified homeland and culture forces half-elves to remain versatile, able to conform to nearly any environment.
Helinar stand taller than Haela but shorter than Círdan. They inherit the lean build and comely features of their Círdan lineage, but their skin color is normally dictated by their Elénaril side. While Helinar retain the pointed ears of their ancestors, theirs are more rounded and less pronounced. Their eyes tend to be human-like in shape, but feature an exotic range of colors from amber or violet to emerald green and deep blue.
Older Helinar often decorate their skin with colourful or imbued tattoos, setting them apart from their distant relatives. Many can pass for elves without a second glance, or even (more uncommonly) with some effort, human. This leads to many also becoming gifted in stealth and espionage, a skill that is thoroughly looked down upon in higher culture.

Languages: You can speak, read, and write Agni and Elvish and one extra language of your choice.
Ability Score Increase: Your Charisma score increases by 2, and two other Ability Scores of your choice increase by 1.
Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision: Thanks to your ancestral blood, you have superior vision in dark and dim Conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in Darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in Darkness, only Shades of Gray.
Fey Ancestry: You have advantage on Saving Throws against being Charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
Skill Versatility: You gain proficiency in two Skills of your choice.
