In the world of BnD, Weavers are born under the Star of Noae, part of the fourth band of the Bridging Constellation. It shares a twin star with the Star of Saun.

Weavers are defined by their potent anti-magic abilities and devastating effects on the physical realm. Rather than using their magic offensively like a Augurer or Arcanist, they use their magic to puncture holes in others spells and effects - and often use it to open portals and rifts to other worlds. Harnessing the common magical energy of the material plane - they enslave other beings from the multiverse and use them to fight instead. For this reason they are often looked down upon.
